Notre Dame Cathedral of Saigon
The Notre Dame Cathedral of Saigon, a testament to history, was completed in 1880. On 11 April, the day of Easter, the late Colombert solemnly organized the dedication and inauguration ceremony of the Cathedral.
Located in the heart of District 1 of Ho Chi Minh City, the Notre Dame Cathedral of Saigon, with its unique blend of ancient and post-Roman architectural styles – blending with Gothic style, has become a significant cultural symbol of the city.
The most impressive thing is the two tall bell towers standing right at the front face of the church. Besides, many windows and doors add more beautiful features to this historical and cultural building.
Currently, the church is under restoration, so visitors are limited to inside. However, you can watch it from outside and take pictures.
