Although named Bun Nghe O Ket (meaning Ms Ket Restaurant), the chef is a friendly man over 55 years old.
In a white T-shirt and dynamic trousers, the restaurant owner quickly takes noodles, intestines, and turmeric and stirs continuously on the pan, making the noodles shiny and golden yellow.
The turmeric vermicelli stir-fried with offal at O Ket restaurant is not too strong in the smell of intestines or turmeric. Still, it is highly harmonious and rich in taste.
