Da Nang City Tour 1 day
Highlights:
Da Nang is a new dynamic city in Central Vietnam. If you have come here, you will find beautiful beaches, tasty local food, and famous beautiful sites to visit. Vietnamdrive today introduces you to a one-day city tour to explore the beauty of Da Nang.
Details of experience:
8:30 AM (suggested time): We will pick you up at the hotel to visit the main tourist attractions in Da Nang:
- Linh Ung Pagoda & Lady Buddha in Son Tra Peninsula: are the top destinations in Da Nang. At the pagoda area, you will have an excellent chance to take pictures of the highest statue of Lady Buddha in Vietnam. Also, do not forget to get photos of Da Nang City and its beaches.
- Han Market and the Han River: We stop here near the river to enjoy the peace of the Han River, and you come to visit the local Han Market, where you can choose some fresh fruits and other daily consumer products.
- Cham Museum: collects a lot of old artifacts (from the 7th to 13th century) of Cham people (an ethnic group of Vietnam). You can see many beautiful statues of Hindu religions, learn the history and culture of the Cham people, and take pictures for memories.
- Dragon Bridge: is near the Cham Museum. The bridge has a unique design as a dragon crossing the Han River.
Lunch stop: There are many good restaurants in Da Nang City. Vietnamdrive likes to choose Madam Lan for guests to have lunch.
After lunch, we continue exploring:
- Buddhist Museum at Ngu Hanh Son (the Marble Mountains): The Buddhist Museum in Da Nang was opened in 2015. The museum collects and displays about 500 antiques and artifacts about Buddhist culture. Many previous statues, from the VII to XX century, are stamped by antique researchers. We were surprised by the beauty and uniqueness of these statues in the museum, and you, too.
- Thuy Son at the Marble Mountains: You will have a chance to climb up the Thuy Son Mount. Thuy Son is the most significant amount of the Marble Mountains. There are many steps to exercise when you explore this site. On the top of the mountain, you can have overviews of Ngu Hanh Son (Five Mounts or Marble Mountains).
We drive back to the hotel to relax.
