Valley of Love is always on the visiting list of young people on the journey to discover the dreamy Da Lat City. The valley has verdant trees in four seasons, a beautiful lake, and a vast pine forest. The charming and poetic nature will give you a feeling of peace and comfort with your loved ones.
Located not far from the city center, only 7km to the northwest, and with cool weather, since the end of the 19th century, the French had chosen this place to rest and relax, especially loved by couples, so they called this place Vallée d’Amour in French, meaning the Valley of Love.
During the reign of King Bao Dai (1925-1945), this place was named Peace Valley with the concept of a peaceful, natural, and leisure place. But in 1953, the valley changed its name to “Thung Lũng Tình Yêu” with its original name being translated only from French.
Today, this destination still has a strong attraction for tourists when traveling to Dalat city.
